By Commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms below.If you do not agree with my T.O.S, I suggest looking for another artistWith the amount of scams/bots, I am most responsive on Discord and I trust verified accounts more than anything.
Therefore, for a peace of mind, please join my Discord Server to get verified first, then either drop me a simple "I'd like a commission" msg under the #commission-request text channel and I'll reply to you directly!
☆☆ GENERAL INFO ☆☆
★ Please only commission me if you have a clear idea of what you would like made unless you're willing to give me free reign of the final product.
If you do not specify poses/angles you want (with picture references), I will assume I have freedom on this decision, otherwise, changes will require additional fees★ This is commissions for digital files, there are no physical products★ Please do not ask me to draw in different art styles. If you commission me, it's because you like my work, not for me to impersonate your favorite artist for a lower price/because they are unavailable★ Even with a reference provided, I may modify the color palette slightly of the character to fit my style. If you would like me to stick to the reference strictly, please let me know★ As an artist, my art style may change and evolve over time. There might be slight differences between the samples and the final product you receive but they are very slight, but please keep that in mind★ By commissioning me, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Services with the promise of not requesting any Paypal chargeback
☆☆ ARTWORK USAGE POLICY ☆☆
☆ As the Artist:
★ I hold the right to my produced artwork★ I may post the artwork anywhere I want★ I will credit you as the commissioner (unless you specify not to)
☆ As a Commissioner:
★ You may repost the art on other platforms with proper credits to my page/Twitch★ Use the artwork as personal use only (e.g. profile picture, on stream)★ Emotes may be used on your own Discord servers/ Streaming platforms like Twitch/Youtube
☆ You MAY NOT:
★ Use the artwork to make any profit unless you paid me for commercial fees★ trace, copy, change or modify my works★ Take credit for my art★ Remove my watermark/signature
☆☆ PAYMENT ☆☆
★ All commissions must be paid in full upfront★ I will only accept Paypal★ Prices are all in USD★ Once we have discussed what artworks you would like and I have accepted the commission, I will send you an invoice through Paypal (please provide me with your Paypal email)★ Your spot on my waiting list is only confirmed when full payment has been received
Commercial Price:★ Commercial fees will be 3x the original price★ This gives you the right to reproduce and sell the artwork as merch (including using it as an avatar/banner for your online store)
☆☆ COMMISSION PROCESS ☆☆
★ After payment is complete, I will start the sketch★ I will require your Discord/Email for communication and sending of the final product★ A lowres sketch of the commission will be sent for your approval, you are free to make minor revisions during this time★ I will not start on final renders until you have approved the sketch★ The time between me sending you your sketch to your approval will not be part of my ETC of when I complete your commission★ If major changes are required that requires me to discard the initial sketch and start over, I will charge you an extra fee of $10 - $20.★ Any changes that need to be made because of a mistake on my part that was CLEARLY specified on the references will be fixed with no extra charge★ Once the commission is finished, you will get the final .zip files via Discord/Email
☆☆ DURATION ☆☆
★ I will update the status of your commission on my Trello★ If you are listed under a specific month, the end of that month is the latest it would take for your commission to finish★ Please send references as soon as possible to make the process faster, if references are delayed, the final product may be delayed as well★ You may ask for verbal/visual updates whenever you'd like but please refrain from spamming me
☆☆ CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS ☆☆
★ I will decline your commission if you are rude or disrespectful.
You will not receive anything from me and I will only refund you 50% of the commission.
Refunds will not be made at my own expenses, meaning I will not cover Paypal's fees/conversion fees and will only refund you the appropriate amount.★ I strive to provide you with the best artwork I can with my abilities. Therefore, I reserve the right to refuse/cancel any commission if I feel like I can’t produce your ideas in a quality I am happy with. A full refund will be issued if payment has been made in this case★ I will issue a full refund if I can't complete your commission due to my schedule★ There will be no refunds if I have already started on your commission★ You have no right to make a chargeback or demand a refund from me under any circumstance after payment has been received★ If you file a chargeback against me, you will have no right to anything I have made for you till date and I reserve the right to sell these artworks to new buyers. You will also be blacklisted, blocked and won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore★ I will also publicly post you on my social media platforms for other artists to take note of
☆☆ RUSH ORDERS ☆☆
★ These are not always available so please contact me about them first!★ Fees for such orders is an additional 100% of your total commission price and they are required to be paid together when requesting for a commission★ Your commission will be prioritized over my other commissions in this case
☆☆ I DO NOT ☆☆
★ Make art of NSFW, Nudity, mecha, hateful subject matter★ Copy, modify or trace another artist's artwork★ Sell or give out my working files
☆☆ ARTIST ATTRIBUTION ☆☆
★ Please credit me as the artist for your commissions or pre-made work purchased from me. You can link my Twitch or Instagram page.★ I would appreciate it a lot if you could tag me as the artist under artist attribution when uploading emotes on Twitch
